My Mission:

To educate, inspire, and reinvigorate leaders and their teams to create powerful life-changing opportunities for children through expert guidance, fresh ideas, and engaging trainings.

The Why

So, why would I want to start a consulting and training company that focuses on Camps and Afterschool?

My Why. My Purpose. My Reason for getting up each morning.

I believe that every child deserves the chance to have a life-changing opportunity through a camp and/or afterschool program.

When I was a kiddo, I was definitely unique. Just always have taken the other path in life. Quirky…if you will. Camp was the first place that it was okay to be myself. My counselors and camp directors loved me for me. Saw me as a kid. Taught me skills I didn’t have. They showed me I was awesome and to never change. I could be my quirky self and there was a place for me at camp. I was forever changed that summer and haven’t looked back since. I want every child to have that experience:

To be themselves, to be loved, to find their passion in life, and to make a difference.

That sounds great! But how does that happen?

Well, I see it as having directors, staff, the leadership team, anyone interacting with those children all on the same page. Passionate and Purposeful about the work they are about to embark on. Because it is important stuff. And it matters.

What are you doing to help?

I started a company! I am focusing on 2 parts of this process:

Consulting with new and existing programs to add new and innovative programs, evaluate next steps, and revamp programs to fulfill their missions.

Training for teams that will educate and inspire them to change lives. Training for leaders to inspire their teams and to reinvigorate themselves in the process.
